- Updated GitHub Actions CI
- Added job to build with CUDA on Linux
- Enabled new Ubuntu 26.04 runners
- Moved Clang-Tidy and Shellcheck to separate jobs, to reduce duplication
- Fixed several hundred of the Clang-Tidy lint errors (most were autofixes)
