Why

The static Instagram export correctly selected its browser-local provider, but Play sampled systemInfo() before the authority adapter finished loading. The application rendered and mutations worked, while the actor selector remained permanently empty. Waiting at the existing adapter boundary makes ready describe the initialized session for both static and network-backed providers.
