Add StreamingFast as Hoodi firehose & substreams provider

Adds hoodi.eth.streamingfast.io:443 as a second provider for both the Firehose and Substreams services on Ethereum Hoodi, alongside the existing Pinax endpoints.

Endpoint reachability confirmed before listing:
