Forward-deployed engineering and applied AI for regulated organizations.

For more than ten years, I have worked inside legal operations and technology, turning difficult workflows into production systems. I focus on the discovery, integration, evaluation, and adoption work that moves applied AI beyond a demo and into daily use.

What I am building

  • intake-triage-mcp: a deterministic MCP server for legal intake triage, with practice-area lookup, conflict screening, matter validation, human override gates, provenance, and an evaluation harness.
  • granolacowboy.dev: projects and writing about deploying AI inside regulated work.
