Add xdg-decoration-unstable-v1 protocol support to pass through server-side decoration hinting when supported by the host compositor. Enable by default with --disable-xdg-decoration flag to turn off.

tested and worked. able to observe featherpad decoration change when xdg-decoration is enabled or disabled (on kwin) |
