Cuts celeris v1.5.4. Bumps
server.goVersion 1.5.3→1.5.4 and the four middleware go.mod celeris pins to v1.5.4 (thereplace => ../../directive keeps the monorepo building in-tree; the pins take effect for standalone submodule consumers once the release publishes). Mirrors the v1.5.3 milestone (#384). The v1.5.4 perf payload (#386, which also carried the doc.go trim from #385) is already on main.
