Implements the P0 findings from the August operational audit.\n\n- records v0.3.2 as a burned failed identity and requires a newer version\n- builds the same app plus DMG updater inventory in production and canary\n- blocks release readiness and tag creation when the Homebrew cask is unavailable or unpinned\n- creates annotated release tags only for the exact prepared commit and rejects immutable conflicts\n- adds a one-time safe Homebrew no-check migration path and release contract coverage\n- tracks all audit recommendations under Beads epic imageview-htfg\n\nVerification completed locally: 1,079 frontend tests; 748 Rust tests plus integrations; formatting, clippy, licence audit, supply-chain audit, compatibility fixtures, and production build. The read-only release check now has only expected branch-sync and local-disk blockers; the Homebrew blocker is cleared.\n\nThis PR does not create, move, or publish a tag or GitHub Release. After merge, the signed non-publishing canary will be dispatched and verified.
