npm publishbecausenpm i -g npm@latestcrashed on the GitHub Node 22 image withMODULE_NOT_FOUND: promise-retry.After this merges, run the Release workflow manually with
tag=v17.0.0. JSR should skip as already published; npm should publish; the existing GitHub Release notes should be updated with the actual registry status.Validation
