I've worked in enterprise software for over 25 years. I'm currently a solutions engineer at Smarsh, a leading provider of SaaS solutions for regulatory compliance and information governance. Over my career, I've worked in various customer-facing roles, including professional services engineer, implementation specialist, and business analyst. A common thread across these roles is a focus on working directly with customers, understanding their business needs, and identifying and implementing technical solutions.
I've been working on Python apps to give me hands-on experience with generative and agentic AI concepts, including RAG, MCP, and prompt engineering. Claude Code has been a huge learning accelerator for me. I live in San Francisco, and it's exciting to be at the heart of the AI explosion.
