Initial release. Gives pi the automatic, cwd-keyed memory Claude Code has — plus one-command CC import (the CC→Pi on-ramp).

  • Auto-injection: every session loads its repo's memory into the prompt (budget-aware: index + N-recent).
  • /memory import: copy ~/.claude/projects/*/memory/ → pi 1:1, idempotent.
  • cwd-keyed ~/.pi/agent/memory/<slug>/ mirrors CC exactly.
  • memory tool + /memory command.
  • 25/25 store tests, zero deps.

Tested live: 415 files imported across 37 contexts; pi from ~/local-dev/core injects ## Memory (-Users-rector-local-dev-core) — 26 file(s).
