Remove the mobile PWA install prompt controller from the app entry so pairing no longer surfaces install guidance overlays.
Update the root package version and lockfile to 0.6.2 and add the matching changelog entry for hiding mobile PWA install instructions after pairing.
Add a regression test to confirm the app does not auto-open the Pair Mobile dialog on startup when no mobile devices are paired.
