Context
We don't yet support management of variables (enabling built in report variables, creating/updating/deleting custom variables) from the CLI.
In the interim this updates the skill, the
dx reports create/updatehelp text, and the blank report template created ondx reports init, to include the relevant context about variable usage.Related to issue #100
