fix: remove /provider alias, use /model as canonical command#9

The app displays "No provider connected. Use /provider to connect." but /provider was not a registered command, causing "Unknown command" errors. Register /provider as an alias that routes to the same handler as /model. Assisted by Claude Signed-off-by: zhujian <jiazhu@redhat.com>
