Currently, the Testplane GUI has to wait for the project’s test files to be read before it can initialize. In large projects, this
can leave users waiting 30–40 seconds before anything appears on screen.
This PR caches the test tree between runs, reducing GUI startup time by 20–25 seconds and allowing users to start interacting with
the GUI while initialization finishes in the background.
If a user starts a test run before initialization is complete, the request is queued and executed once initialization finishes.
