Records the investigation behind this work: the 12 DynamoDB capabilities that existed but were tagged UI-only (invisible to the agent), the full DBA capability matrix for DynamoDB/ES/Mongo/SQL, and the Phase 1-3 plan with its implementation status (gate workflow added then removed by decision). Code review fixes for PR #28 that was already merged.
execute_queryandget_object_ddl(🟢 Safe) were placed after the 🟡 Elevated block in all 4 READMEs. Moved them into the Safe block to maintain risk-tier grouping consistency.list_connections/get_statusbackend label changed fromServerback to服务器in both ZH READMEs, restoring consistency with the rest of the ZH tables which use Chinese for generic terms.Test plan
