Doc-only change; verified the --round-robin behavior claim against the code (bool_switch defaults to true, unconditionally flows to server.flags.round_robin). LGTM.

This PR updates the
gearmand.rstfile used to generate the HTML web pages and gearmand man page to document the change merged in PR #432.It also makes some minor improvements (for clarity) to the already updated
boost::program_optionshelp text that is displayed when the user invokes--helpon the command line.
