Overview
Upgrades Next.js in apps/transcription_demo from 15.0.7 to 15.5.21, with package-lock.json refreshed for the new @next/* SWC binaries, @swc/helpers, and optional sharp 0.34.x stack pulled in by Next.

This is a dependency-only change (no app source edits). 15.5.21 backports multiple security fixes (Server Actions DoS/SSRF, middleware/proxy bypass, rewrite SSRF, fetch-cache confusion, image optimization DoS, and related issues) plus minor runtime fixes such as FormData handling on the 15.5.x line.
