fix: preserve LMSR reference expansion on refresh

Summary

• preserve the LMSR reference details open/closed state across market-detail refreshes
• add a browser-simulation regression test that loads the real dashboard script in jsdom and reproduces the scheduled refresh path
• add a minimal root package manifest so the browser-style test can run with node:test

Validation

• npm run test:browser
• pytest -q core/test_api.py
• dashboard JS parse check
