A quick update to make the syndicate uplink names reflect their TC values. Only shows up in the testing environment.
About the PR
Changed the names of the uplinks to make them accurate.
Why / Balance
Tea asked me to very nicely.

Like 3 lines of yaml changes and literally no alterations bar names.
