About the PR

Fixed a minor oversight I just noticed with #103 where the Librarian icon was not given the proper Service colours. I genuinely do not know how that slipped through the cracks but I'm certain it's the only thing I missed. Also I realised I forgot to provide attribution for that icon, so I did that as well.

Why / Balance

Technical details

• Edited Librarian.png in the Funky version of job_icons.rsi.
• Added to the credits in the meta file.
• That's it.

Test plan

1. Open the game and go to the character customisation.
2. Ensure the Librarian icon is sufficiently green.
