Rewrite the repository dashboard so it introduces the analyses available in the reorganized 10-domain catalog. Remove stale historical new-method sections, add domain-level analysis navigation, research-question entry points, module usage guidance, status interpretation, framework links, and reproducibility notes. Validation: git diff --check and all 10 domain/CATALOG links checked locally.
