What changed
Why
T9.3 requires native Linux x86_64 evidence, including Level B fixtures, C1-C12, golden byte checks, and the atomic-write/rename-boundary probe. A macOS Apple Silicon session cannot produce that evidence locally.

Run the GitHub Actions workflow and use the archived t9-3-linux-x86-64-report artifact as the Linux side of T9.3 evidence.
