Fixed. The CI was failing because apt-get update hit a broken Microsoft Azure CLI repo. The previous fix removed specific filenames (microsoft-prod.list, azure-cli.list) but the runner image may use different names or the newer .sources format. Changed all 4 jobs to use glob patterns (*microsoft*, *azure*) to catch all variations.
