Build pins from one resolved location, keep runtime-scoped text honest, and reject invalid revision transitions without breaking no-op watch polls. Preserve tree revision clocks across borrowed snapshots and extraction, reject revision exhaustion before mutation, and let hosts report real predicate work to traversal budgets.
Mark addressable and addressable_tree as the release boundary while keeping the reference, tooling, and tour internal. Add standalone package documentation, changelogs, dual-license materials, docs.rs metadata, package CI, and the consumer evidence that shaped the release.
