Removes [js-yaml](https://github.com/nodeca/js-yaml). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [js-yaml](https://github.com/nodeca/js-yaml), [eslint](https://github.com/eslint/eslint) and [eslint-plugin-jsdoc](https://github.com/gajus/eslint-plugin-jsdoc). These dependencies need to be updated together.
