Add zh + en documentation for the Flutter RUM SDK (flashcat_flutter_plugin v0.1.0, iOS + Android), mirroring the HarmonyOS page structure: sdk-integration, advanced-config, compatible, data-collection. Register the Flutter nav group in both language sections of docs.json. Content is grounded in the actual v1 SDK API (DatadogSdk.runApp, FlashcatSite.cn, customEndpoint on DatadogRumConfiguration, DatadogNavigationObserver) and flags v1 limitations (git dependency until pub.dev is confirmed, no Logs/Session Replay, HTTP tracking needs a dependency_override).
