Rework of driving personality profiles in Galaxy

DISCLAIMER: This was all handled by Hermes Agent so there could be errors, I wanted to try and consolidate the braking/acceleration settings into the profiles, feel free to ignore but I think it is easier to understand as a new user and allows more customization.

Summary

Moves the braking and acceleration settings into the driving personalities section to allow per profile customisation along with a per profile custom acceleration, braking and follow distance setting. The other controls are given a Chill/Standard/Custom selector with a disclaimer about adjusting them as a replacement for a selection box to reduce the chances of issues called by incorrect values.

Behaviour and UI

• Independent presets and editable speed-dependent custom curves for acceleration, cruise/SLC braking and base following time headway.
• Dom Default retains the existing category behaviour; per-profile and master enable controls select whether the custom profiles apply.
• Acceleration presets account for detected EV/truck powertrain behaviour, with EV taking precedence.
• Responsive charts, metric/imperial speed labels and accessible controls. The approved inline layout shows each profile name once, with its enable switch beside it and selectors alongside where space allows.
• Advanced personality controls remain available without crowding the primary selectors.
