Brings the endpoint documentation in line with the agent-tier source surface shipped in #69: the README capability table now counts all 10 agent endpoints and shows the full method set on
/api/v1/agent/sources, and the consumer guide's scope table shows thatagent.sources:ingestalso grants replace (PUT) and remove (DELETE) by stable id.Benefit: consumers minting agent tokens can see the real power of the
agent.sources:ingestscope — including deletion — before granting it, and index-writer integrations discover the replace/remove-by-stable-id path from the docs instead of the OpenAPI diff.
