Marktioneer released

Marktioneer (ex-cxScanner) is finally public.

cwSet is now a global, so it can be used by Marktioneer.
cwFarmed now is checking for Marktionner instead of cxScanner.

cwMarket fix

Sorry! There was a problem in my last release. cwMarket should work properly now!

cwMarket now fixes pagination!

You know when you're in the market window, got like 200 pages to go, and you click the "Next Page" button and it jumps from 1 to 24? I fixed that ;) Now it will go correctly from 1 to 2, lol.
