fix: refresh static OG fallback cards

Summary

• Regenerated the static fallback OG PNGs for the EVM and Solana apps from the current dynamic Open Graph renderers.
• EVM fallback now matches the dark/cyan card; Solana fallback now matches the dark/violet card and uses sol.ripguard.xyz for the mainnet fallback.

Verification

• Generated via local Next dev OG routes: app /opengraph-image and app-sol /opengraph-image with NEXT_PUBLIC_SOLANA_NETWORK=mainnet-beta.
• PNG header/dimension smoke: both files are 1200x630 PNGs.
• Visual inspection: both cards are legible and uncorrupted.
• corepack pnpm --filter app test -- --runInBand (106 passed)
• corepack pnpm --filter app-sol test -- --runInBand (149 passed)
• git diff --check
