- Updated cf. line to include tax_names like "Doto cf. divae" and "cf. Pedicellasteridae sp. CLM-2010-1"
- Added unittests for each line in UNCLASSIFIED_REGEX except '^\W+\s+[a-zA-Z]*\d' which does not match any ncbi scientific names
