🎯 **What:** Modified the `mock_handler!` declarative macro in `src/apply/test_utils.rs` to replace an `if/else` control structure with an early return strategy. 💡 **Why:** This refactoring flattens the execution path, reducing visual indentation by an entire level across all generated mock routes, improving maintainability and readability. ✅ **Verification:** Ran `cargo check`, `cargo fmt`, and `cargo test`.
