Summary

Added icon support to the Goal model.
Added an emoji picker using Emoji Mart.
Added the ability to add and edit goal icons.
Implemented the PUT request to update goals.
Connected frontend and backend so icon changes persist.
Added tests for the GetGoalsForUser endpoint.

Testing

Verified backend API with Postman.
Verified emoji changes persist after refreshing the client.
Ran unit tests.
