Summary

This pull request completes the onboarding tasks by:

Added PUT request to persist emoji updates.
Connected the frontend to the backend using the new PUT endpoint.
Implemented the pickEmojiOnClick event handler.
Added comprehensive xUnit tests for GetGoalsForUser.
Verified that emoji updates persist after refresh.
Ensured all unit tests pass successfully.

Testing

Verified frontend functionality.
Verified backend API.
Ran dotnet test successfully.
