Implemented the required changes for the CommBank application.

Changes made:

Added optional Icon field to the Goal model in the backend.
Connected backend with MongoDB Atlas.
Added goal icon display support in the React frontend.
Added emoji picker functionality to update goal icons.
Added PUT request support for updating goals.
Added unit test coverage for the GetGoalsForUser route.
