Implementation of Two-Way Registry Verification and Integrated Reporting

This pull request implements a complete solution to map, validate, and report requirements against strategic pillars. It addresses the business and compliance goals by adding strict build-time gates in the traceability matrix generator.

Key Changes:

1. Requirements Registry Restructuring: Modified the centralized requirements catalogue inside scripts/generate-rtm.mjs to define direct parent-child mappings with strategic pillars.
2. Registry Mapping Verification: Introduced a synchronous check to halt builds if any registered requirement does not map to a recognized, valid strategic pillar.
3. Two-Way Tag Alignment Verification: Enhanced the AST/line scanning engine to detect mismatched test-level requirement tags and pillar annotations, preventing tags from diverging from the centralized registry and throwing an exit error if any mismatch is found.
4. Integrated Pillar Reporting: Updated the generated Markdown (Validation_Traceability_Matrix.md), JSON (rtm.json), and CSV (rtm.csv) traceability matrices to export nested objects and columns displaying the mapped strategic pillars for every requirement.
5. Automated Unit Testing: Added a comprehensive unit test suite in src/app/domain/core/validation/rtm-two-way-validation.spec.ts using Vitest to guarantee robust registry validation and alignment checks.
