…tract Replace test_app_url_host_overridden_by_config_default (which encoded the old host/port config priority) with test_app_url_is_single_source_of_truth. The new test asserts that when fastapi.app_url is set, the host and port are derived directly from that URL with no default override. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
