Summary

resolve the schedule Drive owner from all exact-name Quilo accounts
select the account only when exactly one candidate has a Google refresh token
fail closed when zero or multiple connected duplicates exist
add duplicate-name regression coverage

Verification

apps/classbot: npm test (95/95)
apps/classbot: npm run build
