Fix deprecation warning by updating the timm import path from timm.models.layers to timm.layers as per the package's recommendations.

Before this change, the following deprecation warning was shown:
"Importing from timm.models.layers is deprecated, please import via timm.layers"

This PR:

  • Updates the import statement to use the recommended path
  • Removes the deprecation warning
  • No functional changes, only import path modification
