Web already supports these:
applicationData?: string (Base64-encoded) andsupportedCountries?: string[] — both defined in the public Apple Pay options type (packages/browser/lib/ui/ApplePay/index.ts lines 115-124 in evervault-js) and plumbed through buildSession().TransactionLineItem.type?: "final" | "pending" in packages/types/uiComponents.ts, defaulting to "final" when omitted, mapped to ApplePayLineItem.type/PaymentItem.pending.
