The Android Google Pay request had no structural fixture tests, so defaults and configured fields could drift from web without a focused failure.
GooglePayGoldenRequestTestcompares the Android request projection with shared default, enabled-billing, and custom fixtures.This changes the Android default from billing collection enabled to disabled. It matches the existing web default and is a breaking change for Android merchants who relied on the implicit billing-address request. Hold this PR for the next major Android SDK release.
