Bump version 0.7.0 → 0.8.0 and date the CHANGELOG section. Collects the three [Unreleased] entries since 0.7.0: - feat(verify): `--orbit` sampled sgp4 orbit-consistency pass (#144) - perf(verify): stream suspects to disk via SuspectSink external sort (#156) - fix(dedup): reuse verify's #158 element-set clash predicate (#164) Scale-validated by the #152 full-corpus acceptance run (232,281,894 records, peak RSS 135 MB, ORIGIN_MISSING 0).
