Release-prep for v0.6.0. Validated on the real 232.4 M-record space-track corpus (99.959% cleaned, 103,228 quarantined, schema-3 envelope, independent re-validation of sampled output — all clean).

  • Bump `pyproject.toml` version 0.5.0 → 0.6.0
  • CHANGELOG: retitle [Unreleased] → [0.6.0] - 2026-07-04, consolidated into single Added/Changed/Fixed/Performance subsections
  • Docs currency: README documents the new opt-in `--reconstruct-checksum` flag and corrects the reconstruction-by-default framing + corpus figures; ARCHITECTURE fixes a stale schema "2"→"3" reference

Lands via rebase-and-merge to keep develop linear.

Bump version 0.5.0 → 0.6.0 and date the CHANGELOG section.

- CHANGELOG: retitle [Unreleased] → [0.6.0] - 2026-07-04, consolidating
the fragmented duplicate subsections into single Added/Changed/Fixed/
Performance blocks (Keep a Changelog order).
- README: document the new opt-in --reconstruct-checksum flag; correct the
"reconstruction happens by default" framing and qualify the corpus-result
figures (99.96% cleaned / 71.3 M reconstructed) as measured *with* the flag,
since the default now quarantines those checksumless records; note the new
  ## Failures table in the report.md description.
- ARCHITECTURE: fix a stale "schema now 2" reference to "3" (the run envelope
  bumped to schema_version 3 with run.failed_files / summary.failed_count).
