Add documentation for the DevWorkspace Operator validation mechanisms introduced in che-operator PR eclipse-che#2076, which removes OLM-based dependency declarations in favor of runtime validation. Changes: - Add new section explaining version requirements and validation - Document webhook validation that prevents CheCluster creation - Document runtime version validation during reconciliation - Include error messages users may encounter - Update article metadata to reflect expanded scope Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
