Cache latency benchmark

Simple random pointer chasing loop benchmark to measure average cache access latency.

Quick start

Pre-requisites:

• C23 conforming compiler
• Meson
• Ninja

Build

meson setup <builddir>
meson compile -C <builddir>

Run

./<builddir>/cache-latency [MAX_MEMORY_SIZE]
