Issue134 introduce superstrate

This PR introduces multiple features at once (bad practice).

• new Vacuum class
• add superstrate to Structure Introduce superstrate and substrate #134
• XrayKin example
• updates all light and X-ray scattering calculations

at the same time it should solve

• Backside and front side multilayer absorption #154
• IR transmission through sample only correct with a vacuum layer (heat simulation) #96
