Add Hindi-language Quran reader website in /hindi-web

[Copilot]

Creates a standalone Hindi-only Quran reader website under /hindi-web, mirroring the /docs site's functionality but with all UI in Hindi (Devanagari) and restricted to Hindi content only.

Generator

• src/gen_hindi_web.py — run python3 src/gen_hindi_web.py from repo root to regenerate all 116 files
• Reads: quran_arabic.txt, quran_translit_unicode.txt, quran_hindi_{farooq,suhail,mokhtasar,omari}.txt

Output: hindi-web/

• index.html — surah grid with Hindi surah names + meanings (e.g. अल-फ़ातिहा (प्रारंभ)), मक्की/मदनी badges, पारा numbers
• 001–114.html — per-surah pages with: Arabic (Uthmani RTL), Alafasy audio, Unicode transliteration, and all 4 Hindi translations (Farooq, Suhail, Mokhtasar, Omari)
• bookmarks.html — bookmark manager with JSON export/import, fully in Hindi

Design

• Green Islamic theme (#145a32 / gold #f9e79f), Noto Sans Devanagari + Scheherazade New fonts
• All controls in Hindi: आयत फ़िल्टर, सभी दिखाएँ/छुपाएँ, पारा markers, सजदा badges, कॉपी/बुकमार्क buttons
• Dark mode, responsive mobile layout, print styles
• localStorage keys prefixed hindi-quran-* — isolated from main /docs site
