toml 1.0 is mostly an internal restructure (split into toml_parser/toml_writer, serde_core) — the high-level serde surface this crate uses (`toml::from_str`, `toml::Value` via FromStr) is unchanged, so no code changes are required. Verified: default + sessions builds, clippy (pedantic) clean, all tests pass, and a runtime smoke test parsing the real ~/.c0/config.toml. Supersedes #16.
