Refresh patch 0.1.1 npm vendor payload

Summary

• refresh @docushell/ethos-pdf vendor binaries from the published GitHub Release v0.1.1 macOS arm64 and Linux x64 CLI artifacts
• update vendor/manifest.json to the approved v0.1.1 archive checksums
• refresh npm tarball candidate evidence and guards for the 0.1.1 vendor payload
• keep npm publication blocked pending a dedicated approval request, approval decision, operator action, and closeout evidence

Verification

• packages/npm/ethos-pdf/vendor/ethos-darwin-arm64 --version
• npm test --prefix packages/npm/ethos-pdf

Notes

• npm pack/install smoke used isolated cache /tmp/ethos-npm-vendor-refresh-cache because the default user npm cache has permission issues.
• No npm publish is performed by this PR.
