Adds the EPOMAKER RT100 Wired (device 946, 3151:4010) from the read sweep in #22.
The sweep fixes the family as yc500: 0x89 answers a raw keymap reading Esc, grave, Tab, CapsLock, LShift, LCtrl down column 0, the gen2 read 0x8A returns all 0xFF, and the yc500 sleep read 0x92 answers four u16 (120, 120, 1680, 1680). 0xAD answers, so the board has a display; its geometry is not observable, so no screen record is written and nothing draws to it. keyLayout is Unknown, so the Keys page matches a picture and asks the owner to confirm it. Sleep flags stay false: the board names itself Wired and the firmware answers for radios that are not fitted.
Closes #22.
